Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
The departure time is before 10:00 on the day of departure.
Late check-out may result in an additional charge.
Final account settlement is made 7 days before arrival.
A 30.00% advance payment is required as a reservation guarantee.

The villa reserves the right to refuse, cancel or modify reservations where it appears that the above contains or has resulted from an error.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation will be held until 24:00 on the day of arrival.
In case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 100.00% of the reservation value will be applied.
In case of cancellation from 999 to 45 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 30.00% of the booking value.
In case of cancellation from 44 to 29 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 50.00% of the booking value.
In case of cancellation from 28 to 15 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 75.00% of the booking value.
In case of cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 100.00% of the booking value.
